The art of senior portrait photography
Are you looking for some inside information on
Senior Portraits? Here's an up-to-date report
from Senior Portraits experts who should know.
It's really a good idea to probe a little deeper
into the subject of Senior Portraits. What you
learn may give you the confidence you need to
venture into new areas.
Senior Portrait Photography is categorized as
someone who has trained by another professional
photographer and has been trained in lighting,
posing, the business aspect of being a
professional photographer plus many other factors.
There are many merits and awards that can be won
by joining the Professional Photographers of
America.
PPA has a long list of very highly qualified
professional photographers and some specialize in
certain types of professional photography. Some
specialize in professional graduation photography,
wedding photography and professional portraits
in general. Most have a certain niche that they
specialize in and have a good following from
previous portrait clients. Ours happens to be
senior portraits. There are approximately 75 high
schools in our area and there is plenty of work
for all photographers, good and not so
experienced.
Professional wedding digital photography is here
almost 100% of professional portrait
photographers are using high end digital SLR or
Single Lens Reflex cameras to photograph all high
school events including the yearbook photo,
casual and formal photos during their portrait
sessions.
The ability for a client to see their images
after their photo session is the greatest thing
that could ever have happened in the professional
field of photography since sliced bread. The
ability to adjust the camera for under and over-
exposure can very easily be tweaked in a matter
of a few turns of a button in a matter of seconds
to minutes.
Hopefully the sections above have contributed to
your understanding of Senior Portraits. Share
your new understanding about Senior Portraits
with others. They'll thank you for it. |
